Physical appearance: Kaitou has a youthful appearance, which, combined with her low height and slender frame gets her mistaken for a high school or even middle school student fairly often, something she hates. She’s rather athletic though and isn’t scrawny by any means. Also though she rarely lets it be seen in public, She has a large tattoo of a blue colored phoenix emblazoned on her back even extends slightly to her shoulders and waist

Clothes: Kaitou will wear just about anything that’s easy to move in, but almost always wears some kind of coat or jacket in public. In winter it’s a stylish pea-coat, and in warmer seasons its zip up hoodies. She wears pants of varying lengths, occasionaly with a skirt over them, but never wears jeans. Her shoes can vary but are usually just a pair of navy blue slip-on tennis shoes. She also almost never leaves home without her favorite hat: a Prussian blue fedora with a white floral band that she’s covered with an ever changing array anime pins.

What brings them to Ikebukuro?: School, or so she claims. Most people that talk to her think it must be something else. Some who have hounded her long enough have only gathered, from context, that she might be looking for someone.

Other: Kaitou majors in literature and art, and has aspirations of becoming a Manga-ka one day. She’s rather tight lipped about where she comes from and her personal life, but get her going on her interests and its hard to shut her up.
An avid but seemingly antisocial otaku, She hides passions for things like fan fiction, doujinshi, fanart, and cosplay, only wishing share her passions with people she’s comfortable with, which is, at the moment, no one.
In her spare time Kaitou stalks around Ikebukuro and the rest of Tokyo looking for anime merchandise and stalking bookstores for the latest volume and novel releases. Strangely enough she never seems at all freaked out or even interested in Ikebukuro’s characteristic oddities, either seemingly ignoring them or, at best, being exasperated with them.
She lives in a rather large appartment near her school that she claims her parents pay for, and she often lets it get rather messy.

Physical Appearance: Darren is rather short for a guy his age, but it doesn’t bother him as much as it would most guys. He’s thin, but rather well built for his size, almost no excess fat on him. He has a youthful appearance though and is often mistaken for being younger than he is. He has 2 piercings in his left ear and 3 on his right. Also, although he never lets anyone see them, he has several nasty looking scars on his torso and legs, even a few on his arms. And A tattoo his right hand that’s in the shape of a spade (card suite spade).

Hair color/style: Red-orange, naturally wavy and surfer boyish style, just long enough to put in a ponytail .

Clothes: Work Uniform: Black dress pants and shirt, red vest, burgundy tie with a Spade shaped faux ruby pin, black apron.
Street clothes: Various tee-shirts (short and long sleeved) and the occasional hoodie, almost always with (depending on the weather) a red plaid flannel shirt or a red leather jacket with Stylized spade prints on it worn over them, and blue jeans or black yoga/sweat pants depending on his mood.
No matter what he’s wearing or what the weather is like, he always wears black fingerless gloves.

What brings them to Ikebukuro?: Hasn’t told anyone outright yet. But the General consensus among his co-workers and those who have talked to him is that he’s either trying to get away from something or someone from his past. Or, he came simply to find a way to make it big as an artist. But no one aside from him really knows though. But he’s been in the city 4 years and doesn’t seem to plan to leave anytime soon.

Other: Darren came to Ikebukuro from America at the age of 19, completely on his own, but quickly managed to make his way in the city. He joined the Yellow Scarves mostly on a whim, and as an attempt to get to know people, and was rather disappointed when they disbanded. He felt lonely for a while afterward, So when the Dollars showed up, he joined up fast, and has remained only in the Dollars since then, even after the Yellow scarves came back.
Darren has a part time job working nights at “Roulette” a little hole in the wall café slash manga library in downtown Ikebukuro, to support his apparent dream of becoming an artist.
He spends any time he has off either wandering the city, observing its many denizens, often winding up sitting in one spot for hours staring strait ahead, and occasionally mumbling out loud to himself about one thing or another, and even more often while playing mindlessly with a green yo-yo.
Darren’s main artistic passion is sculpture, and he is skilled in both metal work (He raids junk yards for material) and clay sculpting, adopting a variety of styles. He also dabbles in watercolor painting and drawing, and is almost never seen without a sketchbook in hand when he wanders Tokyo on his days off, as you never know when insperation may strike.
Oddly enough, Darren doesn’t live in appartment, but managed to somehow take up residence in an unused warehouse that he never the less somehow managed to turn into a perfectly livable space. Its convenient for him as it provides plenty of room for his “studio” and is a rather private venue for a home, which he likes. Although most people who know him find this odd, as he always seems happiest when the chaos of Ikebukuro is in full swing
Darren also has odd fasinations with random things such as playing cards, yo-yos and Sunflowers. He also often spouts random facts and things seemingly completely out of nowhere.

Approved, although I'd like to know if he has any weaknesses, fears, or anything similar to that. It would give him a more fleshed out and detailed personality.

Kk. It okay if I just list em out then? Evan has a terrible fear of fire for one. When not on the job he is easily distracted and impulsive, and tends to drop his guard way easier than he should. He also has a terrible habit of drinking himself stupid more often than is healthy for anyone.
