New Information Topic?

I think their should be a topic that specifies exactly what qualifies as a vent, like the powerplay thing, because I think some people are confused about it.

I personally am kind if confused of the line between saying something and full blown venting, and I feel if people knew exactly what the line was then there wouldn't be as much rule breaking and confusion and annoyance when and admin says enough.
