Now, to answer your question this is the place where the Yellow Scarves gang members can talk to each other in an online chat style RP.
With that in mind, I am going to leave this up until you have a chance to read it before I remove both of these from this particular topic since they aren't in the right place.

Alternatively, you can also log in to the Chat Box at the bottom of the home page. From there you can talk to the other members without interrupting any RPs on the actual forum.
