Shawn sighed a bit, he should have known he wouldn't get a real explanation.

"Help yourself Fate," Shawn waved his hand at the food giving up. There was an ample amount of food for the both of them as well as left overs. Tonight Shawn tried a dish from his Western homeland. He made hamburgers and fries.

Fate grinned as she grabbed one of the hamburgers and took a huge bite. "Mmmmmmm. This is delicious." Of course, she talked with her mouth full, and some of the food spewed onto the table, not that she cared.

Shawn did. He frowned.

"Fate don't talk with your mouth full. For that, you have to wash dishes."

He stated calmly and firmly. He also ate, missing his Western home.

Fate stuck out her tongue. "Fine." She rolled her eyes. Dishes couldn't be that hard to do, after all.

Shawn hoped she was at least capable of that and went to do his homework.

It wasn't hard, at least, and he finished it soon as he yawned and stretched very tired for some reason. He hasn't felt this tired since he came to Ikebukuro and looked at Fate in the kithcen still unconsciously. 'Her?'

The teen blinked, could it be Fate's presence that made him so tired?

Fate was just staring at the dishes. She didn't want to wash them and didn't even notice that Shawn had come into the room.

She'd have to in order to get what she wanted from Shawn...

Though the little designer was confused about whether or not he was happy with this arrangement. Sure Fate was nice once you got to know her, and she was quirky, but she was fun.

"How are those dishes coming?"

Shawn blinked and laughed, "Okay~ You've never done dishes before have you?"

"Nope. Never before." Fate didn't turn to look at Shawn as he continued to stare at the dishes.

"I see, well if you want to eat tomorrow you should hurry before it becomes tomorrow~"

He teased her and looked over his homework again.

Fate rolled her eyes. "I'm still examining them. And if I don't eat you won't either so stalemate there." She'd make sure of that. Besides, she'd just steal some sushi from Simon at Russia Sushi or something if Shawn didn't feed her.
She scowled at the dishes before finally grabbing the sponge and dumping some soup on it.

Too bad I can't just poof these clean~ It'd be so much fun watching ShawnShawn freak out about magically clean dishes~ At least she found her nickname for Shawn.

Shawn packed his school stuff up and got out his sketchbook. It had the details of the dress he was working on in school as well as a time line of when to have things ready by.

He turned to a blank page and began sketching something new.

Fate sighed before starting with the dishes. Washing them. It wasn't so bad.

Shawn stopped and looked at Fate from the table. He grabbed an eraser and then changed something, at least she was washing dishes and not breaking them.

When Shawn was happy with his new work, he signed it and added the date.

It wasn't the worst nickname he's heard. That was given by his mother.

"Wanna see my latest design?" He asked her, opening the sketchbook to the right page.

Fate grinned. "Sure. Why not, ShawnShawn?" Fate walked over to the table and started to examine the page. Not look or glance at it, examine it.

Shawn wasn't expecting that intensity of a 'look' but he was happy nonetheless that someone actually took time to examine his work.

Most would look and smiled, and then say, 'Wow amazing!' He got sick of it some times.

"What do you think?"
