Name: Nezumisu "Meese" Koihira

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Occupation: Full time middle school student and part time waiter at a butler cafe (Shitsuji Shateau) in Sunshine City.

His parents are overseas for work. They send him his rent and food money in small amounts and it comes really late. It ends up to where he can pay the rent, but has to hold back on food for awhile.

Gang (optional): None.

Physical Appearance: Meese is a very short and scrawny boy for his age. Most people have often mistaken him as a girl in elementary school. He is 5'2 feet tall, weighs 96 lbs, and has pale skin. Most people at the cafe have often commented that Meese looks so frail that if they were to hug him he'd brake in half. However, he isn't as fragile as people think, he is actually very sturdy, even though he has a very low pain tolerance.

Eye color: Brown Eyes

Hair color/style: Short black hair that reaches his chin in the front, the back reaches down to his lower neck. His hair curls in a little towards his chin at the end. He has been meaning to cut it for some time, but Meese hasn't had much time to go and get his hair cut.

Height: 5'2

Clothes: Nezumisu's work uniform consists of a sleek, black tail coat, dark gray shorts that go right above his knees, and a pair of black loafers. Under the tail coat is a beige vest over a white dress shirt and a red bow tied tied around his neck. Because of his odd name, everybody at his work has his wear what they call a "Nezumimi", which happens to be a pair of blue, plush mouse ears. They even attached a skinny, black "tail" to the back of his coat. To this day, he still will never understand why they wanted him to cosplay as a mouse butler (not that he minded).
Meese's casual clothes are usually made up of plain t-shirts and under a flannel and cargo pants. He was never a fan of clothes that were fitted and show his girly figure to the world. He often wears sneakers or high-tops.

What brings them to Ikebukuro?
He has lived in Ikebukuro since he was seven.

Personality: Meese is, generally, a very timid person, but can be very friendly and out-going when you get to know him. He's very kind and sweet, always ready to put himself in danger if its for a friend's sake. His coworkers often say that "his kindness is what's going to get him killed one day". He shares many qualities with mice, such as, getting scared easily and being a bit nosy.
Nezumisu is a huge perfectionist and tries to make things perfect, right down to the smallest detail. If even one small thing isn't right, he'll automatically go and try to fix it. Meese is also very apologetic and is know to apologize to much, even if it wasn't even his fault.

Strengths: Very hardworking no matter what the task is. He is also an excellent cook, even if he doesn't think so. He sticks to tasks and always wants finish them. It simply isn't like him to leave any kind of work unfinished, especially with his cooking.

Weaknesses: He gets scared and pissed off too easily. Meese seems to be the tolerant type, but the truth is, his anger can sometimes rival Shizuo's. He doesn't usually get violent when he's mad, but it does happen sometimes. Meese's friends and coworkers have proven that it is literally possible to get Meese afraid of everything and anything if you freak him out enough.
His perfectionist complex also ends him up in a lot of trouble. He simply can't help it if everything has to be perfect. It has never reached an extreme level before, but many people are afraid that he might reach that point one day.

Talents: Meese is very skilled in art and music. Many of his friends said that he should become an artist or musician when he gets older.

Loves: Cheese, his art and music class, his job (when he's not too busy hating it), drawing, sweets, and music.

Hates: Wasting food, his job, bullies, being called a girl, and competitive sports.

Birthday: July 15, 1998

Favorite food: Ironically, anything that has cheese.

Favorite Music: Classical.

Name: Toshio Kawashizu

Age: 10

Gender: Male

Occupation: He is currently a homeless child that lives in an alley near West Gate Park.

Gang (optional): Toshio isn't in any gangs, although he has had some offers to join Yellow Scarves. He doesn't like violence so he rejected them all.

Physical Appearance: Toshio has a very scrawny and meek appearance. People have often compared him the anorexic dog that has been running around Sunshine. He has filthy, scraggly sandy brown hair, mossy green eyes, and a somewhat tan complexion(people have often conspiring about how his skin getting as dark as the dirt he sleeps on). He is anorexic since he doesn't have much to really eat and weighs at a shocking 69 pounds. Many have been wondering how he can even stand or move around, he's practically a skin-bag of bones and possibly shiriveled up intestines.

Eye color: A dark, mossy green
Hair color/style: Dirty sandy brown hair that is left to go as if pleases. He lost seeing any point to brushing his hair, so he lets it be free.

Height: 4'5 ft

Clothes: Toshio's clothes are nothing more than an overgrown, dirt painted, once-upon-a-time-was-white T-shirt, black shorts that reach to his knees, and one rubber slipper that could be confused for a thrown out chew toy.

What brings them to Ikebukuro? Toshio has always lived in Ikebukuro.

Backstory: Toshio came from an average family. He was born in Ikebukuro on May 5 in Raira Hospital. The boy had pretty much lived an average life, he had good family and was on good terms with the kids in the neighborhood, until he reached the age of six. He had to quit school since his parents were losing their jobs and had tried every lever and pulled every string to get their life back to how it used to be. His family had to move out of their house when he was four and moved into an unsanitary, cramped, one room apartment, that felt like a capsule hotel in a sewer. His father had to go from a normal businessman to a hardcore gambler and mafioso for the Yakuza while his mother had to go from a stay-at-home wife to a cheap prostitute. Toshio had never learned this though.
His mother had later caught Syphilis and needed to be hospitalized. His father had thrown himself into "work" and had only succeeded in getting killed on his way home one day. He never figured out what his father was doing, or why he never came home that night. Soon after, debt collectors from had come for the money that Toshio's father owed. Him and his mother had no money now, only a sickly child and a mother with a deadly STD in its third stage. The collectors had beaten his mother to death and forced Toshio to have to learn to live on the streets and fend for himself with nothing but the clothes on his back and the memories of that night burned into his memory.

Personality: Toshio may be homeless and considered, by society, a "bum," but he acts above it. He is very well mannered and smart for his age and tends to act overly polite to everybody. He's sweet and just wants to make friends, but he always ends up being one of the last people that anyone wants to talk to simply because he is a homeless child that refuses to go to an adoption house.
He's shy and doesn't want to end up being alone. He has Autophobia, a huge fear of being alone. Toshio is often hesitant to talk to people in fear that he might say something wrong or offend them. He may be smart, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't have his "child's innocence". An example being that he thinks that violence is wrong and that everybody in the world should just get along and everybody should be friends with each other.

He tries to stay out of public areas for as long as he can and usually uses the alleys to get around to keep from getting caught. And if all fails, he just runs and hides from people.

Likes: He likes food(doesn't care what kind, just as long as it's edible), reading(even though he can only read at a fifth grade level), drawing on the walls with whatever can be a substitution for chalk, cats, and anything warm(such as blankets, food, people's body heat, etc).

Dislikes: He hates the dark, loud noises, rain, debt collectors, being alone, people in suits(since he always has a suspicion that they are going to hurt him), gangs, violence, and the fact that he is homeless.

Strengths: Some of Toshio's strengths are his optimistic outlook on life, his ability to learn things quickly, his stamina and speed, and fact that he doesn't get sick for very long or lose hope. He is also has a very good memory and is able to keep things in his memory for quite a long time.

Weakness: Toshio is physically weak and is unable to do very much. Even though he has lots of stamina and can run fast, he still has trouble with being able to simple tasks. He also has a hard time dealing with the title of "Homeless" and the comments that come with it, there have been a few times where he had a huge fit because a random girl had called him a "hobo's child".

Toshio is a fascinating character, I love him already! Great bio, great description, great personality! Accepted~ <3
