Alois walked around thw fountains edge for how ever mant times as he starred up at the glowing moon, shining it's milky white eight over him and everything else that was around him. His glowing red eyes counted each star in his twisted little mind, he didnt feel like finding anyone to observe or try to get information on any dark secrets they might have. For now he'd rather just have some alone time with his wonderful moon and think about why he was so messed up in the head. Well it's not like he really cared, being insane was fun, it keeped him entertained twenty four/ seven. Although if he wasnt this crazy he might actually have some friends.
"It's getting cold, maybe I should have worn a jacket. I wonder if i'll get sick, I could always stay home if I do. But I dont have anyone to bring home the work I missed in school so i'd just have to rough it out if I do get sick. Oh well, I havent been sick in a while, maybe it'll give me a chance to look up diffrent remidies for the type of sickness I get. I'll probably get a cold or the flu, something like that i'm guessing." Alois thought as he started running around the foutians edge, unfortanetly some of the water had slashed on the edge makeing him slip and fall into the frigid water.
"Perfect." Alois sighed out loud as he brushed his wet white hair from his eyes.
"I guess it's about time to start heading home to Shinjuku, maybe i'll change the come back out to play in the moonlight."

Kaitou Izumi walked through the night air with an irritating scowl gracing her childlike features. the normally calming moonlight and gentle evening breeze doing nothing to quell the frustaration and annoyance in her brain. Dear god if her literature professer harped on her about her Hair ONE MORE TIME SHE WOULD-

the nearby splash interupted her thoughts.

the blue-haired girl turned her head, observing the figure now sitting in the fountain as she rushed over.

"Hey" she asked, looking down at the soaked teen, "you alright?"

Alois was now floating around in the water now, he was freezing as hell but he liked the sound of the water and being wrapped in something to painfully freezing actually felt a bit nice to him. Once he got past the sound of rushing water he heard someone else talking, the sound of the voice was towards him so he looked up to see some female human starring at him.
"Im fine, i dont think anythings broken. My head kind of hurt's though since i hit it on the concrete. But if it's not bleeding then it's not a big deal." Alois said to the female before staring back at the moon. Getting bathed in milky moonlight and deathly cold water was just the kind of relaxation the docter ordered. He tried to relax but felt the female still starring at him, usualy he was the one observing people, not the other way around.
"Want to come in the water with me?" Alois asked, starring at the girl with big glowing red eyes.

Kaitou stared for a minute. well the kid SEEMED fine, even if there was something... off about him. " you are a strange kid arent you?" but that strangness oddly enough, brought a smile to her face. as if she was recalling a fond memory.

"well Why not?" the blue haired girl quipped at the boys invitation, already setting her blue fedora on a safe, dry area "I've got nothing better to do..."

She cicked off her blue slip on shoes and stripped her coat and jacket off, leaving her in her light blue tee-shirt, blue-grey shorts and navy leggings. the cold night air was biting on her skin, but it wasnt unpleasent. and besides if she got sick, that meant no school and no teachers that made her want to commit first class homicide.

she sat down on the edge of the fountain and let herself fall back into the icy water.

"The water is so wet, i wonder why that is. Maybe it's because they start with the same letter." Alois said as he continued to stare up at the moon, he really wished he had a telescope to see it more clearly. He pulled his arm up to look at his waterproof watch to see that it was past midnight.
"I didnt think any human's would be out this late." Alois said as he turned his head to look at the now drenched female.

Kaitou smiled and looked up to the moon with a slight scoff, "im sure theres probably some huge, rambly scientific somethingorother on that wonderful subject" she let herself float in the shallow water, and almost didnt hear the childs statement.

"yeah well, i guess most people dont have to deal with trying to stop themselves from killing thier teachers in cold blood." there was only a hint of half hearted sarcasm in the young womans words. her hands twitched, she hated that bastard so much. always harping on the way she looked, the way she talked, the way she wrote....

what she wouldnt give to shoot the guy.

"Hm, suddenly we're talking about murder? Not my favorite subject to talk about, but do exsplain. I love information." Alois said as he kept his eyes locked on the planet above.

Kaitou looked at the kid oddly for a minute, but let out a sigh and began her story. well she didnt have any friends here, and god-damnit she needed some one to vent to. and venting to livejournal or her plushie collection had gitten old long ago.

"My stupid Literature professer is a jackass," Kaitou stated, sitting up in the water, her shirt now more or less see though, blue marging showing through the now translucent fabric on her back, " he's always ragging on me for the way i dress, the way i act, the way i WRITE. he acts like he's some FUCKING KING and that im BENEATH him!" the bluehaired girl grit her teeth and growled, " He's the one that doesnt know anything!"

how many times had she held back? how many times had she resisted strangling or stabing that balding prick?

" he doesnt teach or critique, he just delivers freakining VERBAL ABUSE to his students!"

"Besides belive me when i say im not the only one who would love it if he was gone," she tried to calm her nerves.

"He dosent sound like a very pleasurable human, but really how long are you going to be in his class? If you just kill him then you'll always have to hear about him when your on trial for a murder. Why waist your time with that guy when your probably only in his class with him for about an hour." Alois said simply, he didnt get regular emotions like other humans so it really didnt phase him that the girl was so angry. And that her whole chest was pracitcally showing.

"I know all that, the fact i just have to endure one more year or hopefully less of his shit, and the sacrifice of many innocent pillows and punching bags, are all part of the reasons the bastard is still alive." there was mirth in the blue haire girls voice as she explained this.

Kaitou let herself float again, the chill of the water being a surprising comfort.

"it just gets hard sometimes," kaitou whispered, "being part of society is such a chore."

"That's why i stay mentally crazy and freak out anyone i meet, well actually I do that stuff for a couple reasons, but one of them is that it makes them leave me alone." Alois said, he got out of the water and started walking around the edge of the fountain again.
"And a year dosent sound that bad, if he's really getting on your nerves or if he really is harassing the students i have an idea on a way you can catch him in the act and report him to the proincible. I've done it before and i got the teacher fired, it was funny to see him cry like that." Alois giggled

" hmm," Kaitou look intriuged, "get him fired... not a bad idea, thanks kid." a scheming look passed over her face, but she looked back to the boy and it turned into a gentle smile. she brought a hand to her mouth and let out a giggle, which soon transformed into a full blown laugh.

"Want to know how i did it? It really wasnt that hard, i stalked him all the way to school until i saw that one of his mornings wasnt the best. He had no coffe left, his favorite shirt was ruined, and he was caught in the rain with no umbrella. I hide a small portable camera and hide it ontop of the chalk bored before everyone got to class; as i exspected he was a jerk and as i exspected he went right to bullying me since i dont talk that much. I got everything he said on tape which i later showed to the princible." Alois said happily, he skipped around the edge of the fountain before slipping and falling back in the water.
"Wet water!" Alois yelped, he kicked some more water up in the air and started "fighting" with it like some kind of child.

Kaitou smiled wikedly as the boy told his story, her own mind brewing with plans for her professer's early retirement.

"Hehe Nice." the blue haired girl said when the story was finished.

Kaitou couldnt help the smile that came to her face when the boy began splashing about.

"you are so much like her its not even funny" she whispered without thinking, barely audible.

"This water thinks its so much better then me! It thinks it can just sit there being all cold and wet and makeing me all cold and wet! No fair, i'll teach it a lesson." Alois shouted as he threw water up in the air and kicked it out of the fountain like it really was annoying him. Alois's frantic behavior was interupted when he accidentaly kicked to hard and slippedd backwards into the water.
"Bad water! Bad!" Alois said pushing more water out of the fountain as he came up from under the water for air.

Kaiou laughed heartily as she sheilded her face from the cold drops flying everywhere. she lolled back in the fountain, her legs sticking up in the air as she laughed and laughed and laughed.

when her laughter finally subsided she looked up at the night sky with a relaxed grin.

"Wow," she giggled, "I havent felt this happy in god knows how long." she cast a sidelong glance at the splashing boy, "Thanks, Kid"

"I have that affect on people, i can either make them happy as hell or freaked out to the point they want to run away screaming." Alois said, he jumped out of the fountain and started running around in circles, trying to dry himself off. He really didnt care how dizzy he got.
"I kind of like seeing the run away, it's fun to chase them. They actually think i can hurt them, im so short what harm can i do?" Alois laughed

Kaitou lifted herself from the water as well, wrining out her blue hair and settling on the edge with her feet still submerged in the icy liquid.

"well youre a lot like someone who's really important to me, so im used to your sort of, spontanious attitude." the blue haired girl explained.

kaitou pouted,"well being short isnt a very good argument, im so short i get mistaken for a middle schooler sometimes, but that doesnt mean i couldnt hurt someone,"

"Well I have no intentions on hurting people, it's not really my thing. Even if someone is beating me up I won't fight back, I'm just like that. Although I could beat up a whole army I really only fight if I see someone innocent getting hurt, I can't take it when humans scream. It drives me insane." Alois said titling his head to one side to stare at the female with big glowing red eyes. After a while he went back to starring up at the sky.
"It'll be day time in a few hours, I should probably start heading home since I live all the way in Shinjuku"

Kaitou smiled bemused by the boys words but having nothing to say in return.

"Shinjuku, thats a long way, will you be alright going home by yourself," there was a hint of true concern for the boy in her voice, even if she did believe his claims about his fighting capability.

"I'll be fine, I walk home in shadows of alleyways since I don't like the crowded streets. If I run into anyone I have a ten-inched pocket knife in my back pocket. Will you be ok going home, or are you going to hang out here a little longer?" Alois asked as he took off his shirt and rung out the freezing water from it.

Kaitou mused on the question for a moment, swishing her feet in the water "I probably should get home, but i'm not sure i wat to yet."

the blue haired girl leaned far back, only keeping herself on the fountain's rim with her hands.

"Before you go though, may i ask youre name?"

Alois put on his now dry white t-shirt with the logo "insanity" and turned around on his heels to face the girl.
"My name is Alois Usagi." The albino child was about to leave when he remembered he had forgotten to do something.
" Oh I better do this before I forget." Alois tilted his head back and screamed at the top of his lungs. He screamed for a whole three minutes before taking a breath.
" I do scream therapy, it's a great way to relieve stress. You should try it." Alois said happily before skipping towards his home.

she raised an eyebrow at theboys scream, but did little else to respond before Alois explained.

"maybe i will sometime," she said with a laugh.

"How fun, I should get home quickly though since I'm freezing my butt off right now." Alois thought as he skipped towards him appartment.
The next day he had followed the girl he had met the other night to her school, he climbed up one of the trees and sat on a sturdy branch, watching the girl in class. He wanted to see what exactly this guy was doing and if she was going to do something about it. And he didn't have school that day so it was something for him to do.
