Hight: 5'7" She is tall for a female.
Hair: Brown, some people say dark, others say light.
Eyes: Brown with a slight reddish hue and a grey brown lining the edge.
Clothes: Likes skinny jeans, sweat pants and anything conferrable. Hates normal jeans (but sometimes wears them.)
Top personality traits: Is percived as shy, but only in large groups. If she is with someone she knows she is very out going.
She is bullied but can stand up for herself if she feels like it, but tends to get more defensive over others. ( Even if she dislikes said person being bullied.)
She will not curse for any reason, ever.
Minor personality traits: Mood and interactions with others depend on how they act towards her.
Quirks: Is very jumpy. If some one touches her she jumps, or if there is a loud sound she will jump or cringe.
Has a very good thought process, but she has a little trouble saying what she means or wants, this developed in childhood by not talking to many kids her age.
Does not understand sarcasm to well, but is getting much better than she once was. She is constantly getting told she is a joke killer because she reasons them out. (Claims Not to be naive or innocent!)
Fears: Loud noises, Large groups of people, Bridges, The dark inside( not outside), Hights where it is on her to fall or not(roller-coasters are fun!),
Spiders, Thunder and lightning, Making important decisions, Depending on others, Curseing, Rooms with more than 5 mirrors or mirrors facing eachother.
Likes: Stawberries, Kids, Kind people, Old people, Unique people, Funny people, Midnight blue, Cute things, Scary things, Uglie things,
Faeries, Sidhe, Fantasy, Anime, Reading, School, Talking, Intellectual conversations, Random conversations or facts, Swinging and swimming, Insects, Birds, Cats, Dogs, Many other animals.
Dislikes: Loud people, People who make her jump(unless she knows them), Boys her age, Spiders, Cursing, Making decisions, Being touched, The colour orange.
Background: She was adopted by her grandparents as a baby, and grew up calling them mom and dad, knowing they were her grandparents.
She has an older rude brother who was adopted with her and many other sibling who she does not really know and a sister whom she never met that looks like her twin but with blue eyes and younger. She is always being called spoiled because people always give her nice things if she wants them or not.
She loves her parents (adoptive) alot they are the only people she would cry for if they died. She has never had many friends, and has trouble calling people
her friend even if they think they are. She is in Ikebukuro trying to be independent. She is in her last year of high school at Raira Academy.
Gang: Her own gang which consist of only her. Colour for the gang Translucent midnight blue. (pretty much just her favorite colour, it is subject to change.)
-Note- This will be my character most closely resembling me. So she is just a human, nothing super. Plain and simple, Ikebukuro needs some non-amazing people after all.

I have a few questions. does she have two first names or is there a random capital letter in the middle of her name which no one else has? If she's shy in large groups then how does she stand up for herself when bullied? In my experience large crowds form quickly when a person is picked on. Finally she needs a reason why she doesn't cure. Is she religious? Believes she'll be cursed?

Hmm, I don't know completely this is exclusively based on me. @.@ I can get over my shyness in certain situations. With aggravating people I am less shy, it is with people who are normal that I am shy around. It is just a capital letter, sort of inspired by my friends last name StJohn (No dot either ) The reason I do not curse? I just can't I have tried when I was a little younger but I get to flustered "I was even alone when I tried." I am not particularly religious. I like different parts of many religions. I blame every thing on the fact I am Gemini. I have my shy side, the my aggressive side. I never really use my aggressive side unless it is retaliating to some one else's aggressiveness. Best answer to not cursing is, she doesn't curse because she doesn't want to. Is there anything I need to change? -I guess I am more confusing than I thought...-

I did say it is just a capital letter, there are names that do have them. I gave "StJohn" as an example. -Not related to Mercy(The hospital) in any way- I could add in the fact she is Gemini and when backed into a corner her "Other self" comes out. Even my natal chart says I have this split personality. Sorry if it is a contradiction, but I always thought it was just being human. There was Under "Minor personality traits" her interactions with others are based on their attitudes. So if there aggressive she is aggressive, but if they are not expressing any strong emotion she would be shy. If this is not enough could you tell me why it is contradictory?

Being Gemini has nothing to do with it. The character has been rejected as it is. I understand real people have contradicting personality traits but they don't work well for roleplaying and we prefer not to have characters based solely off the roleplayer. That's all I'm going to continue with, do not argue further please.

Nationality: Irish/English both parents were born in japan. Irish on his mothers side and English on his fathers. Mitsuru's fathers grandparents were also born in japan where as his grandparents on his mothers side one came from Ireland and the other left from Germany and both met and stayed in japan, also both of his grandparents on his moms side are dead.
Clothes: He loves bright colors, but pastels are his all time favorite!
Top personality traits: He loves fruit, but he does not love sweets he only likes them. Is very out going when it comes to being nice to people. He adores small animals but is timid around larger ones. He has a tendency to apologize to much. -/He was walking in a store, not paying attention, and bumped into a pole, looked straight at it and said "Sorry!" and did not relies it was inanimate until he said it.\- He has a humors temper. When mad he will through a fit just to cheer himself up, he does it in a light hearted way to let his feelings out.(As in an obviously fake pouting way). At school his grades are slightly above average but nothing outstanding. He loves to be with little kids, even if half of them think he is a girl because of his voice and androgynous clothing "Unless in school uniform.". He plays along as if he is a girl for little kids sometimes but is annoyed when an adult treats him like a girl. He hates that his surname makes his entire name sound like a girl, he sometimes wishes it could be something more like "Fujimoto."
Minor personality traits: He is very jumpy and gets teased a little for it, but over all people seem to be on his side if someone does try to harass him. He can not stand to be touched by people his age unless he has known them for a while. He usually can get along with any elderly person, even the so called "bitter" ones. He does not understand why people call the elderly mean
Quirks: He is very clumsy but has never hurt himself badly. Most clumsy people he knows are always in band aids (Especially the girls that do it for attention.), but he hardly ever needs one. He Won't curse, because he thinks it is useless and he does not understand the words all that well. He can take things literally if he misses out on the joke. His buddies gave him a hard time for reasoning out jokes. "Joke killer."
Fears: Large animals, Thunder storms, Fleas, Beatles, and Blood on anything white. (Blood in general is okay. ^.^)
Likes: Strawberries, Small sweets, Bunnies/cats/small dogs, Kids, Old people.
Dislikes: Abundance of chocolate, large animals, Non-pretty bugs, rude or scary/mean people.
Background: Mitsuru lived near Tokyo (Only 3 hours away, close to Nagoya, Japan) until recently, he had a amazing family life and friends, but his mom died during the school break and his father got a promotion and taking it was the only way he could support the family because his mom made half the income before. His younger brother and little sister stayed and father had grandma move in. Mitsuro had said he would move out to Tokyo, his dad now pays for his apartment and schooling, but he pays for food and everything else himself. He has many things like 2 laptops and a cell phone already from before he moved, now he lives alone and goes Raira.
Gang: Thought about joining the dollars but figured even if it was a nice gang it was still a gang, thus decided not to join.

Okay, one, you do know that Ikebukuro is part of a district in Tokyo, right? You say he lived near Tokyo until recently and then moved out to Tokyo. You'd have to be more specific. What area of Tokyo did he leave near? Was it a district of Tokyo or a place away?

The gang part confuses me. Is he in it or not? You never actually said.

'He can be shy-ish but is very out going when it comes to being nice to people.' That's a bit of a contradiction in my eyes. If you're shy-ish, even if you're being nice, you aren't out-going, unless its a friend or family member you know and are comfortable with, in my opinion.

Humors tempter? That doesn't make sense, unless you meant humongous temper. If he does, he wouldn't throw a 'light hearted fit' to cheer himself up. In my experience with myself and people I know, throwing a fit when angry makes you feel worse afterward. So he wouldn't be cheering himself up, he'd be depressing himself.

The picture you have of your character doesn't really make him look like a girl, and I see no reason for him to be mistaken as one. At least, that's my opinion.

What does he do when people his own age he hasn't know for awhile touch him? What does he do about the teasing?

I'm sorry. I cannot accept this character. Please make some changes addressing what I have brought up, and then we'll see. But for now, the character is denied.

I do know that Ikebururo is part of Tokyo (Central Tokyo), which is why I chose there instead of Shinjuku. (West Tokyo) I though it would make it clear that it was out side of Tokyo in general sorry for the misunderstanding. I Edited in he lived closer to Nagoya, Japan (198 miles or 3.3hours away)

Sorry again about not being clear on the gang- Edited that.

Personal experience with being shy and out-going, I guess it is a contradiction I always thought it was a fun trait, I edited it out since it seems every one hates it Sad

Well, I really want to keep this part of his character, I meant it in a way he does not keep his anger bottled up but releases it in a un-harmful way. (Ex: Some one keeps bulling him, he will draw a poor looking picture of them, rip it up crumble it then stomp on it in a silly way to make himself and or others laugh.) It just keeps him calm, and (combination of your 4th and 6th point) he just ignores the bulling after that, if it ever gets violent he just tells a teacher. When people touch him he flinches or jumps a little.

The picture is just my own, I am not the most amazing artist. I edited in his voice with the mistaken for a girl factor to, encase that helps, but I find my picture to be a very girly looking boy. -even with one seriously badly drawn eye-
I also made the edits white so you can pick them out easier. Is there anymore or something I missed or still wont work? Thank you for your time.

I never gave his nationality...... Also if there can be A Dullahan and cat people are allowed, can I just push off the hair color and eye color to genetic mutation? There are so many anime characters with strange eye and hair color, with out it being dyed. o.O I need to get help with making characters because mine always have so many flaws...

In this series yes, there are weird things however people with different hair colour, it has been confirmed in the series, are bleaching/dying it that colour or are not japanese. I'm sorry, in this case either give a nationality that this colour scheme works with or explain the hair and eyes reasonably.
