What brings them to Ikebukuro? Signy, like Celty, is not human, she's a Jotun, or as would be said in English, a Frost Giant. She however, is petite by human standards, and a midget by Jotun standards. She came to Ikebukuro because she wanted a change of scenery from Jotunheim. She is friendly with Celty and Shinra, and finds Shizuo's rampages amusing. Same for Izaya's manipulations.

Other: As a Jotun, Signy has powerful cryokinetic powers.

I've been told I can approve characters and stuff as a mod. Still not sure about it, but if I can approve, I do! She seems interesting and unique.

To be clear, Signy is a Frost Giant, a subspecies of Norse Jotun.

Her main strength is her cryokinetic abilities. Because she is a frost giant, heat and fire are detrimental to her good health. Hence why she is otten eating ice, more specifically, letting it take it's time melting in her mouth to allow the coolness to spread. She also uses her powers to maintain an aura of frigid air about herself, just enough to form a shell of air that would register a subzero temperture.

Other weaknesses include that her time in Ikebukuro is the first time she has ever visited the Human World. I think Earth is called Alfheim in Norse myth. I'm not sure. Don't quote me on that. So she's mostly unfamiliar with human culture. And as a result, curious to the point of seeming naive. But she always has a serene demeanor regardless. And her subzero air aura can be a problem where liquid water is concerned, as she will freeze it simply by it coming into contact with the subzero air. Even a hot spring will partially freeze around her if she takes a dip in it, and the water itself will be chilled until she leave the spring.
